So, as the sun sets over Los Angeles, we take a getaway walk along the Venice Canals. In around one hour you can walk all the major waterways surrounding the southwest side of Venice, California. The Los Angeles Venice Canals are between Venice and Washington Blvds. and east of Pacific Ave.
The Venice canals are a peaceful place. The homes are colorful and have terraces overlooking the canals. I just wanted to stay here, it is so lovely. It is hard to believe such a tranquil locale, just one block away from Venice beach and its quirky shops and bohemian lifestyles. Later, we had a nice dinner at Canal Club. We sat at the bar, and our friend Jose, served us drinks, as we ate fried calamari, sweet potato fries, and Volcano sushi.
I enjoyed it so much, that I decided to go back…but, that’s another story, for another day!
