Maps and GPS, check! Water and caffeinated drinks, check! Awesome music playlists, check! Camera, check! Fruit and snacks, check! Toiletries, check! First aid kit, check! Now there’s only one important task to finish before hitting the road: my #roadtrip #outfit!
Choosing a road trip outfit can be a tough one. You want to be #comfortable because you may be stuck in a small space for hours. But at the same time, you (or maybe just me) want to look #cute for the beautiful scenery you are likely to see. So I started to inspect my #closet, looking for AND #comfortable clothes.
First I thought of a tee and jeans. But I felt like I always wear that on a road trip. So I dug more into my #fall clothes and found this #OldNavy (@OldNavy) #black #button-down #shirt that’s soft, thin and cute! Then I went through my jewelry, looking for something to match the shirt. After trying on a quarter of my jewelry, I decided to pick my #BaubleBar (@BaubleBar) ‘Aztec Drops’ earrings #silver #dangling #diamond #earrings and a diamond heart #necklace. Silver and black can never go wrong! Then of course I braided my long hair on the side so I could be comfortable. I don’t think I need to state the last item I brought with me, because it goes without saying, a road trip isn’t complete without #RayBans (@ray_ban) Wayfarer. So I grabbed my #shades and my backpack and headed to North Cal!
