Pink(ish) look

As much as I love a black and white outfit in my Instagram fashion blog, I love me some pastel colors as well and this Pink(ish) look is proof of that. Especially with this cozy soft pink coat that is perfect for this fall weather, because is not too heavy so if the weather gets warmer (which happens a lot in LA); and when that happens I just stay with this pink ruffle dress to stay cool.

My outfits have been all over the place because this weather has been so crazy this year. I moved to LA from Miami 8 years ago and I have never experienced this before. I literally have to check the weather before I get dressed, because some times the house is super cold, but a few minutes later, when I take Chloe and Stella out for their morning walk, it is already hot. And the next day it may be the total opposite. It has also been windy in LA and it has rained more than any other year. When I mean rain, it’s just a drizzle for a few days out of the year.

But getting back to this outfit, only in LA can you get away with wearing sandals and a coat, and that’s why I’m wearing these gorgeous Schutz wedges with some warm tones and prints to break the monochromatic look of the dress and coat.  And staying on that print note, I love this Sorial clutch, it is not matchy matchy with the wedges but it actually complements them in a very subtle way.

And like I always say, “and for the final touches” that means my accessories, like these Quay “My girl” sunglasses for a pop of color on a pink metallic tone. And last but, yeah you know, definitely not least is jewelry and these gorgeous earrings and this layered necklace.
