I still can’t get over the idea that 2015 is almost over, only 1 more day to go. I know I keep on saying it, but honestly these days after Christmas have always been kind of confusing to me. I don’t know what day of the week it is. Should I do the things I need to do now or should I just wait until next year; do you know what I mean?
Well I have to get with the program and start working on my NYE outfit, and I love dressing up with my husband. And you know how much I love dressing up, so this would have to be my favorite day of the year.
I love a maxi dress, gowns and all those good things, like accessorizing, so for this look I chose an H&M dress that is only $19.99, a statement necklace while keeping my earrings on the simple side with a pair of pearl earrings. And chose these fun lace up Missoni shoes that I’ve had for like 5 years and added a touch of gold with this Jimmy Choo Bag, that for me is a classic, that I have also had for over 5 years. That is why I go for classic and timeless pieces, because I know I will use them over and over again through the years.

Now let me tell you I know a well dressed man, and by man I mean my husband. And I love him even more with a black suit and crisp white dress shirt. And just like girls outfits, a guy needs to pay attention to the details.
It may seem boring just wearing pants and a blazer, but it doesn’t have to be that way. I think the accessories are the fun part, specially socks. I love fun and colorful socks.
