1). The Half Moon: This is one the hardest positions to master because it takes great #strength to keep your #body in that position. The result is that it helps all #muscle groups at the same time. It is best to stay in this position for 45 seconds to a minute.

2). The Forearm Plank- Holding the #plank position on your forearms increases the #tone of your deltoids, entire abdominal wall and quadriceps. If you wanna #strongercore, this is the way to go. You should hold the position for 30 seconds.
