Many people think that by eating certain foods at a certain time will help them boost your #metabolism when really there are other factors that go hand in hand with eating well and getting enough #sleep. One of the main ways to boost your metabolism is working out the right way.
I’ve been having this problem for years now and i never knew what i was doing wrong until I decided to research. So here are a few workout and ways to boost your metabolism for the long run.
This #workout will usually take an hour so you should give your self enough time to do all of it, for optimal results.
Warm up
- Stretch before starting anything for 5 minutes
Stretch before and after doing this workout to prevent an injury. Start with moderate intensity cardio like jogging on the treadmill, cycling or the elliptical machine for 4-5 minutes. Do this about 3-4 times.
Alternate
Do one strength move with 4-5 minutes of cardio like jump roping and bench climbing. This is helps keep your heart going while building stamina and strength. Make sure you stretch before and after doing this workout to prevent an injury. Do this about 3-4 times.
Cool-Down
Do Light walking for a few minutes, to help the cooling process and to help your body not feel completely tired. Once again make sure to stretch before and after doing this workout to prevent any type of injury for 5-10 minutes.
Don’t forget to eat your daily intake of fruits, vegetables, protein, grains and most of all water!
