I mean who doesn’t love denim, right? dark, light, distresses, acid, you name it there is an option for everyone. But when it comes to wearing denim with denim, that’s like a whole different language for some. But don’t worry I’m here to save a day and tell that it is okay. It was a no-no for awhile ( I don’t know why). For me it has always been about feeling comfortable, with that said you know when your getting dressed how the outfit makes you feel, and you know what I say try everything at least once because you never know you may just it. And if you didn’t like it the first time, try it again but kind of different and with a twist, you know what I’m saying? Below I have some easy to follow tips that I’m sure will work for you.
I have done a few denim on denim looks before, I have worn them with bell bottoms, but this has to be my favorite so far. I think I have mastered the look if you ask me, lighter on top a chambray shirt from Old Navy and a darker bottom, like these Mossimo skinny jeans from Target and the perfect tone for fall. Talking about Target jeans, they have so much varity, fits, designs and color and the prices are so affordable, you have to check them out. I mean who doesn’t like a good deal, that means you can buy more and more is always better.
Here are 3 tips for pulling off the denim on denim look
- To this all denim look I added a pair of blue metallic Ray Ban aviators sunglasses.
- My favorite tote bag of the moment is this white reversible one. It’s from Old Navy and they have in so many color combinations.
- To finish the look I chose a pair of old Christian Louboutin espadrille wedges, that add that pop of color to the outfit.
