Tic, toc, tic, toc, the holidays are just around the corner, no need to panic because shopping should be a fun experience, that’s why it’s called “retail therapy”. Well in this case you are shopping for yourself, and pretty much everyone and their mother, I think gifting should come from the heart and not as a obligation, because it shows.
You have to get excited about it, but being mindful of your budget ’cause we all have one. And let’s be honest the less you spend on others the more you have for yourself, just saying. That’s why I always go to the Simon Premium Outlets, as you know I am from Miami and every time we went to Disney World in Orlando we had to stop by to do some shopping. And now that I live in Los Angeles I have several close to me, and also when we drive to Las Vegas, we have a mandatory stop. So you can say I’ve been shopping at the Premium Outlets from coast to coast. The closest one to me and the one that I go to the most is the Camarillo Premium Outlets® in the city of Camarillo, CA
So I want to share with you some of shopping tips:
- Make a list of the people you want to shop for
- Then write what you would like to get them, may be they have given you hints through out the year ( don’t stress I guarantee you will get them something else)
- If you want to get your shopping done fast and in one day, you have to go to a Premium Outlets, they have all the stores you, family and friends love.
- Get there early in the day and make it a relaxed experience, take your time to stop for a drink or snack in between shopping.
When I get there I like to start buying everyone else’s gifts first, and my favorite stores that I go to first are Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Coach, J.Crew, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo, Nike, Burberry, to name a few. My shopping experience was so good, I got a few pairs of of shoes, jewelry, shirts, bags and so much more. It was definitely a success start to the holiday shopping season.
While checking my shopping list, I am also looking of r things I like for me, oh yeah I forgot to mention I always get a present for myself, because I deserve it for my hard work and also just in case you don’t get what you want, or if you don’t like what you get, better be safe than sorry.
All the stores at the Premium Outlets offer 25-65% daily (I mean who doesn’t like that, right?), also Simon Premium Outlets offers VIP Coupon Books for $5 or you can sign up for the VIP Shopper Club and get one for free, to take your shopping experience to the next level.
My favorite things to shop for are candles, jewelry, blankets, picture frames (they are so personal and they will remember who them it to them year round). You can buy it in bulk and give it to people that don’t know each other, or if you are giving them to family or friends that close to each other, get a monogram.
So check out where your closest Simon Premium Outlets is and start shopping, I know must of us are procrastinators but even if we are, lets do it right!
With Lots of Love,
