Yesterday, I hit Marina del Rey’s Thursday night food truck at Mother’s Beach. It’s a small beach tucked behind a corner parking lot. If you squint, you’ll miss it! Marina del Rey and Venice have become hot spots in the past few years, but some of my favorite places still remain, somewhat obscured. At Mother’s Beach has places where you can BBQ, rent a kayak, bike or take a stroll along the water front. While waiting for my food order to be ready, I decided to take some black & white shots with my vintage Brownie Starlet camera before enjoying the great food variety that night.
