My We All Grow Summit 2016 Recap

I was super excited when I got invited to attend my first We All Grow Summit this year courtesy of Ford. It took place in Long Beach, CA at the amazing Hampton by Hilton Hotel Maya. This was the 2nd annual We All Grow Summit and it is 3 day event that was held from March 3-5, 2016.

I couldn’t wait for the day to come and see my friends, people I have become close to online and seeing new faces and meeting new people.

Day # 1:

Thursday March 3rd, the conference started with welcome cocktail party presented by Hampton Inn, where we mingled with all the attendees while enjoying small bites, drinks and music.

Day #2 :

Friday March 4th is when all the panels and gifting suites began. I started my morning with a delicious breakfast while enjoying keynote session from Facebook, TODAY and HOLA.

And I won a book, we had to look under our seats to see if had paper under it and I did. I love to win things, I mean who doesn’t, right?

Then it was time for a break so I decided to visit the Aveeno suite, where they had the most healthy snacks and juices and a gift bag full of Aveeno products that I love.

Next to the Narciso Rodriguez suite, where they had macarons and bubbly, win win!. We had to take a picture of the parfums and sharing it on social media to receive one, done and done.

And next I was super excited to go to the Colgate suite to go see my friend Irma Martinez a celebrity stylist that I’ve known for years when I lived in Miami and I haven’t seen in years. They were showing how the Optic White works and giving a gift bag with all their new products and Irma would help you pick out an accessory that goes with each individual personality. I chose an Asos choker.

Then it was lunch time hosted by Neutrogena, with a great menu and the cutest lipstick set up. The perfect photo op!

After lunch I went to visit to Neutrogena suite, for a skin consultation and make up applications.

And to end the night Pinterest hosted a happy hour, where I got to met more amazing people. Everyone was so welcoming and we all shared our stories, and what we had learned that day. But most important we had so much fun while doing it.

Day #3 :

While having my morning coffee I sat to listen to the Crown Yourself in Confidence panel. Uncovering the Power of Positive Words, presented by DOVE. It was so beautiful, empowering, uplifting I left feeling even happier than when I went in.

I took a little break to get my hair done at the Dove suite, there was a huge line. Thank God I got there early and was 8th in line (not bad). While making the line make more beautiful ladies, we all started following each other on instagram.

Then off to get my make up done at the Neutrogena suite, where I learned a few new tricks and the perfect products for my skin type.

After my make up was done and of course taking a few pictures, I headed to lunch hosted by Disney Parks.

Then I realize I hadn’t stop by the Mazda suite, so I headed there really quick with my friend Cynthia.

Now it was time for happy hour hosted by TurboTax, where they had s’mores, drinks and small bites.

And to end the night and close the conference, last but definitely not least it was time for Storytellers presented by Youtube. I’ve heard so many wonderful things about I couldn’t wait for it to get started. All the tables had cheese plates, option of white and red wine, cake pops and kleenex for all the tears that would fall.

When we grow, We all Grow

After crying my eyes out from all the Storytellers, I put myself together and just as I was heading out tothe closing party I see a photobooth. But not any photobooth it was flower themed with flower crowns and all. And that was the icing on the cake to these 3 days of We All Grow Summit 2016 conference. What a way to end the amazing experience.
