It seems the #Valentino has found inspiration in the #ancientgreek times, having his models in crisscross #sandals and flowing #draped #silk. Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli created a magical 61-piece collection in which they showed off the #beauty of the roman times with its endless amount of sheer tulle, marbled wool and fantasy like columned #silhouettes.

The wooden plank #runway and moss-covered walls made the room feel like it was in a mythical forest in a #fairytale, but when the #models came out you knew that you were being sent to a place that was even more #mesmerizing.

The #endless gold, burgundy, silver, black and white gave the models a goddess like illusion especially in the flowy sheer and gold pieces. The #Roman #prints, #flowers and leaves completed the look, it actually felt like you were sent to the roman times, it was absolutely captivating. Although it would seem that the collection was heavily saturated with #embroidered pieces, it was made with a simplicity, that gives it a modern take.
