1). Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day- We are always told to drink  a certain amount of #water daily but most people don’t. Your body is made out of water, so keeping your#body hydrated with #water is the best form of being #healthy and in result keeps your #complexion looking nice.

2). Eat the right #foods- Eating your daily servings of fruit and vegetables have an effect on your skin but what really makes a change is eating a specific source of #vegetables and #fruits you take in such as: Carrots, spinach, tomato, mangoes, pumpkin, oranges so lots of vitamin A, E and C will help your skin in the long run.

3). #Sunscreen- Try to wear sunscreen as often as you can, because although the sun is healthy if taking in too much #sunlight can damage your skin. Wearing a broad spectrum #sunscreen is a must even during a cloudy day.

4). Manage Your #Stress- Managing stress helps improve all types of skin conditions. Having feelings of #anxiety, #anger or #depression can bring out different types of #skin conditions, so having a way of #distressing is always best too make your skin look and feel better. Having a hobby is one of the best ways to distress, so go out, #Exercise, take a #dance class…or just go and do something you #love!
